The rules of the Institute of Chartered Accountants
of New Zealand permit Chartered Accountants to provide
their services, with the exception of statutory audit
and liquidation services, through limited liability
structures. In common with other practitioners, Lynch
Phibbs have structured their operations, with effect
from 1 November 2002 as follows:
The partnership of Chris Lynch & John Phibbs will
continue trading under the name of Lynch Phibbs &
Associates, with the primary focus of providing audit
services.
All other services will be provided through Lynch Phibbs
Limited.
